TechAbys ("TechAbys", "we", "us") is a custom-coded AI agency — An Abyss of AI and Tech — operated under Hasnaz International, Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, India (GSTIN 09KBJPK3697D1Z3). This policy explains what data we collect on techabys.com and while delivering our services, how we use it, and the choices you have. We build AI systems for a living, so we hold ourselves to a clear standard: your data is used to deliver and improve your work — never to train public AI models, and never sold.
1. What we collect
a) Information you give us
- Contact details — name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, company name, and anything you write to us through the contact page, email, or WhatsApp.
- Project materials — brand assets, product photographs, catalogues, scripts, knowledge-base documents, credentials, and other content you share so we can deliver a project.
b) Information collected automatically
- Analytics — we use Google Analytics 4 (with IP anonymisation), Meta Pixel, and Microsoft Clarity. These collect device type, approximate location, pages visited, session activity (Clarity records anonymised session replays and heatmaps), and interaction events such as clicks on WhatsApp, email, or "Start a Project" buttons.
- Cookies and similar technologies — set by the tools above for measurement and, where you have consented on those platforms, ad relevance.
c) Voice-agent call data
AI voice agents we build for clients may record and transcribe calls to operate, monitor quality, and improve that client's own agent. The client you are calling is responsible for the consent notice required in your jurisdiction; we configure agents to support such disclosures.
2. How we use data
- To respond to enquiries, prepare proposals, and deliver contracted services.
- To measure how the site performs and which services visitors care about.
- To measure advertising (Meta Pixel events such as Contact and Lead) when we run campaigns.
- To invoice correctly and meet legal/GST obligations in India.
- To improve our delivery playbooks. Client project data is never used to train public or shared AI models.

4. Service providers we may share data with
Only what is needed, only to deliver the work: Google (analytics, fonts, search), Meta (ad measurement), Microsoft (Clarity, Bing), hosting and CDN providers, and — for client projects — the AI platforms an engagement is built on, such as Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (GPT/Codex), Vapi, and ElevenLabs. Each processes data under its own terms; for client deployments these accounts are normally owned by the client. We do not sell personal data to anyone.
5. Retention
- Enquiries — kept while we correspond and for up to 24 months after.
- Project data — kept for the engagement plus up to 24 months, for support and legal/invoicing requirements, then deleted on request or per schedule.
- Analytics — per each tool's default retention.
6. Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 — and, for visitors in the EU/UK under GDPR or in California under CCPA — you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to certain processing, and withdraw consent. Email connect@techabys.com with the subject "Privacy request" and we will respond within 30 days.
7. Security
Access to client data is restricted to the people delivering the work. Credentials are stored in dedicated secret managers, transfers run over HTTPS, and AI deployments are configured with the governance and policy gates described in each engagement's documents.
8. International visitors
We serve clients across India, the Gulf, Europe, North America, the UK, and Australia. Data is processed in India and in the regions our providers operate in. Where required, we rely on the providers' standard contractual safeguards.
9. Children
Our services are for businesses and adults; we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
10. Changes
We will post any changes here with a new "last updated" date. Material changes get a notice on the homepage.
